Our impact

TADA

Building the confidence, skills and long-term pathways that keep young people in education.

Educational inequality starts early. Confidence, aspiration and exposure to 'what's possible' are not distributed equally. TADA exists to close that gap for young people from socially disadvantaged backgrounds — creating a learning network around them that strengthens agency, belonging and long-term educational pathways.

TADA runs weekend schooling and an alumni network that connects young people with practical workshops and exposure to a wide range of careers and life skills. Their approach expands horizons while building the tools for self-development — and engages adults and organisations in contributing to a more inclusive society.

"When children can see a future for themselves, staying in school becomes a choice — not an obligation."

Our partnership

TADA strengthens educational continuity and ecosystem support around underserved youth by building confidence, skills and long-term pathways — and by engaging volunteers and partners as part of the solution.

The Foundation is providing multi-year structural funding to support TADA's expansion into schools in Brussels and reinforce the capacity needed to scale sustainably.

The circle of giving back

Teresa began her TADA journey in 2013 and is now mentoring one of TADA's younger alumni, supporting her mentee primarily in maths and French while also building a meaningful personal connection. As Teresa puts it: 'Helping someone with their life is incredibly rewarding. A one-on-one relationship truly makes a difference.' Alumni like Teresa completing this circle highlight the lasting impact of TADA and the power of giving back.

Natalia was a TADA youngster in the 2014 generation in Saint-Josse. Today she is part of the TADA team and runs her own class in the weekend school. "I'm really happy to be able to give back what I've been given." — Natalia.
