That’s why the Euroclear Foundation focuses on young people in underserved communities - those who face the steepest barriers to education, employment and belonging.
We believe that investing in youth unlocks a powerful multiplier: when young people are empowered to reach their full potential, they not only shape better futures for themselves, but also strengthen their families and communities.
By addressing the root causes of inequality and fostering sustainable ecosystems through systems thinking and collective action, we help build communities that are more resilient, inclusive and ready to thrive.
We support nonprofits working to improve educational continuity, connect with NEET youth, and build pathways from skills to employment. This includes initiatives that foster life skills, entrepreneurship, financial literacy and personal agency - empowering young people to shape their own futures and thrive in their communities.
The Euroclear Foundation was incorporated in Belgium at the end of 2024 as an independent corporate foundation, funded by an annual social dividend based on the Euroclear Group’s net profit.
