Brussels is full of talent — but the system that connects young people to opportunities is often fragmented. Internships, training, workshops, mentoring and entry jobs exist, yet they do not always reach the young people who would benefit most. CAPITAL exists to bridge that divide, acting as a trusted youth gateway and ecosystem builder in the city.
CAPITAL combines on-the-ground youth connection with CONNECT — an AI-enabled mobile platform that helps young people aged 16–25 discover and access concrete opportunities in Brussels, from workshops and training to internships, mentoring and events. CONNECT is designed to reduce 'noise' and make pathways clearer: young people can find options aligned to their interests, while organisations and employers can publish opportunities and reach motivated youth.
