Nils Jean-Mairet
Chief Financial Officer - Euroclear group
Nils Jean-Mairet is Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of the Euroclear Board. He is in charge of Group Finance, Corporate Strategy, M&A, Group Spend Effectiveness and Tax.
Before joining Euroclear, Nils was a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he, amongst other things, led the European Financial Services Principal Investors Practice. He has extensive experience in corporate finance, strategy, transformation, and M&A.
Nils holds a Master of Law from the University of Lucerne and was admitted to the Swiss bar in 2009. He also holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business where he graduated in 2012.
