With almost 25 years of experience in financial markets, Inez is specialized in Treasury & Trading. Currently leading the global Treasury & Trading Development team at APG Asset Management, Inez drives strategic initiatives that include contract negotiations, optimizing treasury and trading infrastructure, managing external treasury and trading relationships, and ensuring the implementation of solutions within regulatory frameworks. Inez focuses on key areas such as OTC clearing, securities lending, and regulatory compliance, while also working towards future-proofing infrastructure to meet evolving client needs. In addition to her core responsibilities, Inez is an active member of the APG Works Council and represents APG in external industry groups, including DUFAS, the buy-side groups of LCH and Eurex, where she contributes to shaping market standards and fostering relationships with key financial partners.

Prior to this role, Inez worked in credit analysis, project finance, and business management roles, building expertise in contract negotiations, risk management, and operational improvements.

Inez holds a Master in Financial Economics, a Bachelor in Business Administration, and is registered as a Certified European Financial Analyst (Effas, VBA) from the VU Amsterdam / CFA.
