Olivier is Senior Advisor to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at the European Stability Mechanism (ESM) in Luxembourg. He represented the ESM, alongside the CFO, at the High-Level Forum on the measures to reboot the Capital Market Union in 2020.
His keynote speech, Building Europe’s Future on Stability, will be focusing on ESM’s insights on the need for European safe assets to support the development of European capital markets and the Savings and Investment Union.
