Managing Director, European Product Head of Alternative Funds  

As Alternative Funds Product Head at Brown Brothers Harriman, Lata Vyas is responsible for the product strategy and design for BBH’s private markets business, including real estate, private equity, private credit, infrastructure and hedge funds. Lata is a specialist in product design and client consultancy on fund services for private markets, including solutions for democratised private market products and blended private and public portfolios.

Prior to joining BBH in 2017, Lata worked at Abingworth LLP, a UK-based Private Equity Fund Manager, where she focussed on front- and back-office operational transformation projects. Lata has previously led the London service delivery teams for a range of multi-jurisdictional private equity, real estate, infrastructure, fund of fund structures and asset owner portfolios at State Street. Lata started her financial services career in Mumbai, India focusing on foreign exchanges market solutions at Thomson Reuters. Lata holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in accounting and financial management from the University of Mumbai, India.
